The trick: figuring out which publications are most effective. For example, in our area it is imperative for properties to be exposed in the Yamhill County Real Estate Guide. We think you need to be there when our many visitors to wine country are here without their computers!
Photography
You don’t get a second chance to make a striking first impression. A professional photograph dramatically increases the likelihood that a potential buyer will click through to view your full listing online and then virtually tour your home. We hire a professional photographer to beautifully capture your property.
We believe that your property should be marketed with photography that is professional, aesthetically pleasing, and true to reality. We have witnessed as we show other homes with our buyers that there are also dangers of an agent artificially doctoring a photo and having the buyer’s first impression be a great disappointment! There is no recovery from that. The buyer is angry and your property is indelibly stigmatized. Professional should not mean dishonest.
