We belong to two MLS databases.
An MLS (multiple listing service) is a software database used by Realtors® to share current and accurate information about properties with other Realtors® who may have potential buyers. We market your property to the public but we also aggressively promote our listings to agents throughout Oregon and North America. We are members of two Oregon MLS systems; the Regional Multiple Listing Service (RMLS) which covers all of Oregon and about half of Washington state and has about 11,000 members, and the Willamette Valley Multiple Listing Service (WVMLS) which covers Marion, Polk, Lynn, & Benton counties and has about 1,500 members. In a large area such as Yamhill County complete exposure to both systems is a necessity.
Will buyers be able to find your property online?

We simply have done everything to saturate the internet with your listing. Here is why this is indisputably true:
- Your property also will populate on myriads of home page sites like Yahoo, msn.com, etc. and specialty sites which are not Realtor® owned or operated. These sites include Homefinder.com, Trulia.com, Zillow.com and the list goes on and on!
- Search engines like Google will find your property all over the internet and bring it up in a search for buyers to review.
- Internet Data Exchange (IDX) is a system we subscribe to which sends your information to anyone’s website which is advertising real estate. The listing will be framed within that individual site and with its own contact information but we do not care who brings a buyer; we work hard to get every agent to bring their buyers to us.
- Buyers can search for properties on the McCreith Team’s website or Bella Casa’s site and not only see all our properties but everything on the market as well. Your property will also be promoted on our competitors’ websites such as Keller Williams, Prudential, Coldwell Banker, Century 21, RE/Max, Windermere, and a thousand more regional, local, or individual real estate websites.
Virtual Tours and Video
The McCreith team will put your property in front of the maximum amount of potential buyers by syndicating virtual tours to the most popular real estate websites and search engines. We syndicate to dozens of highly ranked sites such as Realtor.com, Craigslist, YouTube, and many more. No brand or national company has any advantage over us, we can do it all and we do. It is all about finding a buyer for your property any way possible!
