Sponsored by Soroptimist International of McMinnville, the 25th annual tour features five elegantly appointed and decorated wine country homes all within minutes of downtown McMinnville. One of the homes this year commemorates having been on the Tour the first year – 25 years ago – and is listed as a historic home. Tour ticket price includes festivities at the Bayou Mansion – live music, holiday refreshments provided by Harvest Fresh, a raffle, and a silent auction of beautiful gift items.
Soroptimist International of McMinnville (a 501(c)(3) organization) is dedicated to improving the lives of women and girls, through scholarships for women and girls, human trafficking awareness and prevention; teen mother and domestic violence survivors’ support; the Hands & Words Are Not For Hurting Project, and others. All funds raised will help support these projects. Ticket costs are tax deductible.
WHEN: Sunday, December 8th from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. for the tour and 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. for the Mansion festivities.
TICKETS: $20 admission to both events; $15 for guests 62 years of age and over. Tickets available at these locations in advance: Oregon Stationers, Kathleen’s Hallmark, News-Register office, and from members. Tickets are also available the day of the tour at each home and the Bayou Mansion.
